Over the next ten years, we grew from a regional supplier into a multi-services company, meeting ever-changing demands for custom test fixtures and related services for customers across the country. In slightly more than 20 years, Circuit Check had become the largest single-facility manufacturer of custom test fixtures.

Circuit Check achieved such size by aggressive, controlled growth, not by merger or acquisition. Therefore, we were able to maintain continuity in our processes and our principles. Although we had expanded greatly in size, we still did all our work in one location.

Although it sounds like a contradiction, our stability is what permits us to innovate. We have many dedicated, long-term employees. Some have been with us since the beginning. We think that says a lot about the way we work and the way we do business. We believe when people are secure in their jobs and know they have the support of management, they're more willing to try new solutions and find original designs and processes. That's what keeps us moving forward.
