Circuit Check Inc. Acquires Assets of
Pro-Tech Test Solutions

Maple Grove, MN - I am very pleased to announce that Circuit Check Inc. has entered into an exclusive supply agreement with Pro-Tech Interconnect Solutions and acquired certain assets of Pro-Tech Test Solutions, a provider of wireless test fixtures for Agilent 3070 test systems based in Minnesota. I wanted to share this exciting news and highlight some of the key benefits we hope this transaction will provide our customers.

Pro-Tech Interconnect Solutions is a world-class manufacturer of printed circuit boards specializing in large quick turn boards. This agreement more than doubles our capacity to produce wireless circuit boards allowing us to continue to meet our customers increasing demand for wireless fixturing solutions.

Since our Minnesota facilities are literally only a few miles apart, we will be combining forces into CCI’s main plant in Maple Grove. This will allow us to continue providing the products you have come to rely upon, while leveraging our added capabilities. We will work to ensure the transition is seamless.
