The policies and procedures of Circuit Check’s quality program are designed to be simple direct and useful in satisfying both internal and external customer needs. It follows the guidelines of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems Requirements. The quality system is applied to all Circuit Check operations.
Circuit Check maintains a documented quality management and continuous improvement system. Circuit Check continuously improves the effectiveness of its systems and follows the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Requirements. Circuit Check uses performance metrics to analyze and take planned action to improve processes, and has systems to control the quality of outsourced processes that effect conformity to product requirements.
The Circuit Check Quality Management System Is structured into four levels:
- Level One: our Quality Management System Manual contains the corporate Quality Policy, Quality Management System policies and the general responsibilities regarding the quality system.
- Level Two: contains the standard Operating Procedures of the company.
- Level Three: are the process specific Work instructions that support the procedures.
- Level Four: are the Records which include forms, checklists, technical manuals, templates, quality plans and quality records.
