Current Opportunities:

Mechanical Assembler (Maple Grove, MN): The Assembler fits and assembles components according to blueprints, manuals, engineering memos, sketches, and knowledge of machine construction to construct, rebuild, and repair machines and equipment, using hand tools and power tools.


  • Analyzes assembly blueprint and specifications manual, and plans machine building operations.
  • Verifies conformance of parts to stock list and blueprints using measuring instruments, such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers; reports defective materials.
  • Performs bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies to specifications using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
  • Installs finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases or cabinets.
  • Tests finished product to ensure conformance to specifications and correct any defects.
  • Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows safety regulations.


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of directly related training and/or electromechanical assembly experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand blueprints and schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electronics.
  • Must be a hands-on individual motivated to work in a dynamic, change-based environment.
  • Focus, great attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks is necessary.
  • Ability to work extended hours as the job duties demand.

Electrical Wiring Technician (Maple Grove, MN):  The Wiring Technician will be responsible for accurate wiring of test fixture products, following and adhering to department procedures, process plans, and all other related company policies and procedures.


  • Reads and interprets process plans, specifications, procedures and policies.
  • Interprets schematics, wire lists, and supplied specifications to perform required technical wiring.
  • Preforms hand assembly operations such as crimping, soldering, and stripping wire.
  • Assembles test fixtures per applicable instructions and generally accepted practices.
  • Conducts test operations utilizing various bench test equipment in order to verify proper wiring of fixtures.
  • Communicates with sales and engineering staff as well as customers to ensure work performed correlates with expectations.
  • Completes all checklists prior to delivering test fixtures to assembly department.
  • Records all deviations and modifications from original design.
  • Participates in continuous improvement of processes.
  • Maintains correct time reporting and accurate entries on manufacturing and inspection records.


  • Associates degree in related field and 2 years of experience in electronics assembly.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have excellent hand soldering and manipulation skills.
  • Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams, wire lists, schematics and follow written or verbal instructions.
  • Requires proficient computer skills to access released drawings and datasheets.
  • Must have working knowledge of bench top lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multi-meters), soldering iron and rework stations.
  • Must be able to perform in a team environment with good interpersonal skills with commitment to the highest quality achievable and work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a changing, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be able to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must be willing to work overtime.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.


Wire and Load Technician (Richardson, TX): The Wire and Load Technician will load and pre-assemble fixture plates to get them ready for wire by hand, or by using hand tools with small interface pins and probes for the circuit board industry.  Complete electrical wiring assembly on a large variety of fixture plates and interfaces that are associated with Integrated Circuit Tester fixtures with varying degrees of complexity.

  • Discuss errors in plots or production orders with supervisor or engineer to clarify loading problems.
  • Completes all checklists prior to delivering test fixture to wire.
  • Record time spent working on specific jobs.
  • Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, and wire cutters strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and assembly drawings.
  • Ability to complete wire terminations to satisfactory standards for wire wrapping, crimping and soldering.
  • Ability to learn specialized machines used during the fixture build.
  • Ability to work and communicate within a team environment.

  • Must have at least 1+ years of relevant work experience or post-secondary education in electronics

Project Manager (Burlington, ON):  The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of each project. This individual will be the main customer contact throughout the project and will be required to develop and maintain good working relationships both with the customer and various departments within Circuit Check. This includes the planning and management of the scope of work, schedule and budget.

Project Execution Management

  • Provide direction and control for multi-disciplinary project teams. This includes all phases of the project from concept design through system design, integration, buy off/acceptance and factory installation.
  • Coordinate all communications with the customer during project execution. Update the customer as required on progress, scope, schedule and technical issues. Must maintain an excellent working relationship with customer at all times
  • Prepare and maintain the project budget based on the quotation, any Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and all customer Purchase Orders.
  • Prepare and maintain the project schedule - for both internal and customer use, including coordination of all Circuit Check and customer deliverables. Ensure that all project deliverables are complete and delivered as per schedule.
  • Assist department managers in manpower planning for their project(s).
  • Continually review scope of work for any possible risk items. Develop, initiate and monitor any risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor the scope of work as dictated by the original Purchase Order and any subsequent changes or requests (both internally and customer initiated). Develop Engineering Change Requests and negotiate ECOs with the customer and revise and maintain project budget and schedule accordingly,
  • Continuously monitor all project resources to ensure the project remains on target from a cost, scope, schedule and technical perspective.
  • Monitor the procurement process to ensure that materials are delivered as per current project schedule
  • Schedule and manage all design reviews to ensure that the work is executed in a timely fashion and that the resultant designs meet scope, cost and schedule requirements.


  • University Degree or College Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant Project experience (preferably in a test engineering/engineering development environment).             
  • Solid technical knowledge including broad understanding of electrical, software, and mechanical engineering concepts
  • Solid understanding of commercial aspects of contract engineering
  • Strong influencing, negotiating and relationship-building skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation abilities.                   .
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of project scheduling software such as MS Project.
  • Intermediate to expert level experience in MS Office Suite
  • Willingness and availability to travel, as required.
